John Stetson is a strategic partner and co-investor in many Las Olas Capital portfolio companies. He is a member of the LOC Investment Committee and is also a co-founder of Private Credit Partners and American Bridge Capital. He is also the Founder and Managing Member of Sunset Bay Capital, LLC, a multi-strategy Private Equity Firm based in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Known for his creative deal structuring and exceptional financial engineering, John has held Chief Financial Officer and Director positions for two Nasdaq listed companies. As a public company executive, he has been responsible for raising over $250 million in financing. He received his BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania
