Scott Herman is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, and operator with extensive experience scaling businesses across healthcare, real estate, and litigation finance. Scott helps oversee the management of the Las Olas Capital portfolio companies. He also serves on the boards of American Bridge Capital, The Recovery Agents, Legacy 4 Partners, and Estate Rights, all of which focusing on distressed real estate finance and acquisition.

In addition to his corporate roles, Scott has excelled in litigation finance, holding C-suite positions at firms managing portfolios of assets in excess of nine figures, including pre- and post-settlement advances, insurance receivables, and law firm venture debt.

Scott is a magna cum laude graduate of Brandeis University (2007) and holder of a Master’s degree in Business Management from Harvard University (2010).
