Biography
Ted Kay is an operating partner of Las Olas Capital and currently serves as CEO of American Bridge Capital, LLC (ABC), a company that provides bridge financing tied to government receivables for contractors, private nonprofits, and public entities delivering federally, state, and municipally funded infrastructure and recovery projects. Ted is known for his abilities to think outside the box and creatively problem solve.
He holds a B.S. from the University of Alabama and received his MBA in International Real Estate Investment from University of Central Florida.
